Welcome to EasyMetalCut.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of www.easymetalcut.com, including our online quoting system, customer accounts, file-upload tools, ordering services, custom metal-fabrication services, communications, and related features.
In these Terms, “EasyMetalCut,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the business operating www.easymetalcut.com. “Customer,” “you,” and “your” refer to any person or business accessing the website, requesting a quote, uploading a file, or placing an order.
By accessing the website, creating an account, uploading a file, requesting a quote, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund and Return Policy.
Do not use our website or services if you do not agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to place an order through EasyMetalCut.
When placing an order on behalf of a company, organization, or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
EasyMetalCut provides online custom sheet-metal fabrication services.
Customers may upload compatible design or production files, select manufacturing specifications, receive estimated pricing, submit orders, and purchase custom-manufactured metal products.
Services may include:
Reviewing uploaded production files
Generating previews or estimated measurements
Calculating estimated prices
Cutting flat sheet-metal components
Providing finishing or secondary services when offered
Packaging and shipping completed products
Providing order-status and tracking information
Available materials may include:
Aluminum
Brass
Copper
Stainless steel
Titanium
Other materials displayed on the website
Available materials, thicknesses, finishes, quantities, dimensions, tolerances, production methods, and delivery options may change without notice.
We may refuse any file, quote request, project, or order that we determine cannot be manufactured safely, lawfully, reliably, or within our available capabilities.
Some website features may require a customer account. Other features may be available through guest checkout.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account or placing an order.
You are responsible for:
Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
Restricting access to your account
Reviewing activity performed through your account
Promptly notifying us of suspected unauthorized access
Keeping your contact, billing, and shipping information current
You are responsible for all orders and activity conducted through your account unless prohibited by applicable law.
We may suspend or terminate an account if we reasonably believe it has been used fraudulently, unlawfully, abusively, or in violation of these Terms.
Prices displayed by our automated quoting system are estimates based on information detected from the uploaded file and the options selected by the customer.
Quoted prices may depend on factors including:
File dimensions
Number of parts
Material type
Material thickness
Quantity
Cutting complexity
Finishing requirements
Material availability
Production time
Packaging
Shipping
Taxes
Additional processing requirements
Automated file analysis may not identify every design issue, duplicate line, overlapping shape, open path, internal feature, manufacturing limitation, or file error.
We reserve the right to review and correct a quote before or after an order is submitted if the price was affected by:
A website error
A software-calculation error
An incorrectly interpreted file
Incorrect dimensions or scale
Duplicate or overlapping geometry
An inaccurate part count
An unavailable material
An incorrect thickness
A pricing-data error
An unusually complex design
A customer-provided error
A requirement not disclosed during checkout
If a material correction significantly changes the price before production, we may contact you for approval, request additional payment, offer an alternative, or cancel and refund the affected order.
A website error does not require EasyMetalCut to manufacture an order at an obviously incorrect price.
You may upload files such as:
AI
SVG
DXF
Other formats accepted by the website
You are solely responsible for confirming that every uploaded file is complete, accurate, properly scaled, and ready for manufacturing.
Before placing an order, you must review:
Overall dimensions
Measurement units
Scale
Quantity
Part count
Text and spelling
Cut lines
Hole sizes
Hole positions
Internal shapes
Material
Thickness
Orientation
Design strength
Special instructions
You acknowledge that an online preview may not perfectly represent the final manufactured product.
Website previews are provided as a convenience and are not a substitute for reviewing the original production file.
Customers are responsible for correcting problems in uploaded files.
Common file problems may include:
Open paths
Unjoined paths
Duplicate cutting lines
Overlapping vectors
Hidden geometry
Clipping masks
Unsupported fonts
Raster images instead of cut-ready vectors
Missing design elements
Incorrect scale
Incorrect units
Extremely small features
Narrow or fragile connections
Holes that are too small
Shapes that cannot be manufactured safely
Multiple parts that are not properly separated
Self-intersecting paths
Corrupted files
Unsupported file features
EasyMetalCut may request a corrected file before manufacturing begins.
Any basic file review provided by EasyMetalCut is intended only to help evaluate general manufacturability. It does not make EasyMetalCut responsible for the accuracy, engineering suitability, fit, safety, or performance of the customer’s design.
If EasyMetalCut offers file repair, vector conversion, design adjustment, engineering review, or other design assistance, such work may require an additional fee.
Design-assistance services may include:
Closing open paths
Removing duplicate lines
Converting artwork into vector paths
Adjusting spacing
Simplifying geometry
Separating parts
Preparing a file for cutting
Correcting obvious production issues
Unless expressly agreed in writing, design assistance does not include professional engineering certification, structural analysis, safety testing, regulatory approval, or verification that the product is suitable for a particular application.
You must review and approve any revised file before production when approval is requested.
Once you approve a revised file, you are responsible for errors visible in that approved file.
You retain ownership of the original intellectual property rights you lawfully hold in files and content submitted to EasyMetalCut.
By uploading or submitting content, you grant EasyMetalCut and its employees, contractors, software providers, manufacturing partners, and service providers a limited, non-exclusive right to:
Access the content
Store the content
Display the content
Analyze the content
Convert the file
Adjust the file for production
Reproduce the content
Manufacture the requested product
Communicate about the order
Perform quality-control checks
Fulfill, replace, or remake the order
Maintain appropriate business and transaction records
This permission is limited to activities reasonably necessary to provide our services, operate our business, protect against fraud or disputes, and comply with legal obligations.
By uploading a file or placing an order, you represent and warrant that:
You created the design;
You own the design;
The design is in the public domain;
You have received permission from the owner; or
You otherwise have the legal right to reproduce and manufacture the design.
You may not upload or order products containing content that infringes or misappropriates another person’s:
Copyright
Trademark
Patent
Trade dress
Trade secret
Right of publicity
Privacy right
Contractual right
Other intellectual-property or proprietary right
EasyMetalCut does not independently verify ownership of every submitted design.
You are responsible for claims arising from files or instructions you submit.
You may not use EasyMetalCut to manufacture or facilitate products that are illegal, dangerous, fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited by these Terms.
Prohibited content and projects may include:
Counterfeit products
Stolen designs
Unauthorized branded merchandise
Fraudulent identification materials
Illegal weapons or weapon components
Items intended to bypass security devices
Items intended for unlawful surveillance
Products intended to facilitate criminal activity
Content that sexually exploits minors
Threatening or harassing content
Content promoting unlawful violence
Products prohibited by export-control or sanctions laws
Any item we reasonably believe creates an unacceptable safety, legal, or reputational risk
We may refuse, cancel, report, or preserve records relating to suspicious or prohibited orders where permitted or required by law.
Submitting payment does not automatically mean that EasyMetalCut has accepted the order for production.
An order is subject to:
Successful payment authorization
File review
Material availability
Equipment availability
Production capacity
Compliance review
Confirmation that the order can be manufactured
We may accept, reject, place on hold, or cancel an order.
If we cancel an order before production because we cannot fulfill it, we will generally refund amounts paid for the canceled portion, subject to any separately completed and authorized services.
EasyMetalCut may request customer approval before production when:
A file has been corrected
Dimensions appear unclear
A design may be fragile
Material must be substituted
Pricing must be adjusted
Production requires a modification
Special instructions are ambiguous
A manufacturing concern is identified
Production may be delayed until approval is received.
You are responsible for reviewing approval requests promptly and carefully.
Once you approve a file, specification, modification, or proof, production will be based on that approval.
Metal fabrication involves normal manufacturing variation.
Unless EasyMetalCut agrees to a specific written tolerance, completed products may have reasonable variations in:
Dimensions
Hole size
Hole placement
Edge condition
Surface appearance
Grain direction
Color
Flatness
Finish
Burr condition
Oxidation
Heat marks
Tool marks
Mill marks
Protective-film condition
Material thickness
Part-to-part consistency
Nominal material thickness may differ slightly from its listed thickness because of standard mill tolerances.
A product is not necessarily defective merely because it contains normal manufacturing variations.
Customers requiring precise tolerances, inspection reports, certifications, grain direction, cosmetic standards, or specialized quality requirements must disclose those requirements and obtain written acceptance before placing the order.
Product photos, samples, digital previews, and material swatches are illustrative.
Actual metal appearance may vary due to:
Screen settings
Lighting
Material batch
Supplier
Surface finish
Grain
Oxidation
Protective film
Natural metal variation
Manufacturing processes
Brass and copper may naturally tarnish or oxidize over time.
Stainless steel, aluminum, titanium, brass, and copper may show mill marks, grain, scratches, coloration, or other normal characteristics of raw sheet metal.
Unless a cosmetic finish is specifically purchased and confirmed, materials may be supplied with standard commercial or mill finishes.
EasyMetalCut manufactures products according to customer-submitted designs and specifications.
We do not guarantee that a product is:
Structurally safe
Suitable for load-bearing use
Suitable for medical use
Suitable for aerospace use
Suitable for automotive safety systems
Suitable for electrical systems
Food safe
Child safe
Fire resistant
Code compliant
Suitable for outdoor use
Suitable for a particular machine
Suitable for a particular environment
Compliant with industry-specific regulations
Unless expressly agreed in writing, EasyMetalCut does not provide professional engineering, architectural, medical, electrical, structural, or safety advice.
The customer is responsible for testing and determining whether the design, material, thickness, finish, and final product are appropriate for the intended application.
You must disclose before ordering if a part will be used in a safety-critical, life-supporting, structural, medical, aerospace, automotive, pressure-containing, electrical, or regulated application.
EasyMetalCut may refuse such projects or require additional documentation, inspection, testing, certification, or written agreements.
You may not rely on an ordinary online quote as certification that a part is safe for a critical application.
Products manufactured by EasyMetalCut are generally custom-made according to the customer’s submitted files and selected specifications.
For that reason, all custom orders are final, non-returnable, and non-refundable except when:
The product has a verified manufacturing defect caused by EasyMetalCut; or
The product materially differs from the confirmed order because of an EasyMetalCut error.
Changing your mind, ordering the wrong design, submitting incorrect dimensions, selecting the wrong material, selecting the wrong thickness, or uploading the wrong file does not qualify an order for a refund.
Our complete refund rules are described in our Refund and Return Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.
Production preparation may begin shortly after payment.
Order changes and cancellations are not guaranteed.
You must contact us immediately to request a change or cancellation. A request is not approved until EasyMetalCut confirms approval in writing.
Once file preparation, programming, material allocation, cutting, finishing, or production begins, the order cannot normally be changed, canceled, or refunded.
For an approved cancellation before production, we may deduct:
Payment-processing fees
Design or file-repair charges
Engineering or review charges
Material already purchased or allocated
Administrative costs
Other nonrecoverable expenses
You agree to pay all charges shown during checkout or otherwise approved by you.
Payments may be processed through third-party providers such as Stripe or PayPal.
By submitting payment information, you represent that:
The information is accurate;
You are authorized to use the payment method; and
The payment may be charged for the order and related approved costs.
We may delay production until payment is successfully authorized and received.
If additional charges are required because of a corrected quote or approved modification, production may remain on hold until the balance is paid.
Customers are responsible for applicable sales, use, customs, import, value-added, excise, or other taxes and government charges.
Where required, EasyMetalCut may calculate and collect taxes during checkout.
If taxes are not collected, the customer remains responsible for determining and paying any applicable tax obligations.
We may use payment processors, fraud-prevention services, identity-verification tools, or manual review to evaluate an order.
We may request:
Billing confirmation
Identification
Proof of authorization
Additional contact information
Verification of the shipping address
Verification of design ownership
Other reasonable information
We may cancel an order when fraud, unauthorized payment, identity misuse, or suspicious activity is suspected.
Any production timeframe displayed or communicated is an estimate, not a guaranteed completion date.
Production may be affected by:
File problems
Customer approval delays
Material availability
Equipment maintenance
Production volume
Quality-control requirements
Remakes
Power or internet interruptions
Severe weather
Carrier disruptions
Events outside our reasonable control
EasyMetalCut is not responsible for losses caused by reliance on an estimated completion or delivery date.
Expedited production, when offered, means the order receives priority under the applicable service terms. It does not guarantee delivery by a specific date unless EasyMetalCut expressly agrees in writing.
Shipping dates and delivery dates are estimates.
After an order is transferred to a shipping carrier, delivery is subject to the carrier’s operations and policies.
EasyMetalCut is not responsible for delays caused by:
Shipping carriers
Weather
Customs
Incorrect addresses
Failed delivery attempts
Service interruptions
Natural disasters
Labor disruptions
Government action
Other events outside our reasonable control
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
Additional shipping charges may apply when a package is returned because of an incorrect address, refused delivery, or failure to collect the shipment.
Risk of loss and responsibility for shipped products pass as provided by applicable law and the selected carrier arrangement.
You must inspect the package promptly after delivery and report visible shipping damage within the period stated in our Refund and Return Policy.
You must retain the damaged product, packaging, shipping label, and related materials while a shipping claim is reviewed.
International customers are responsible for:
Import duties
Customs charges
Brokerage fees
Local taxes
Import restrictions
Required permits
Customs documentation
Compliance with local laws
International shipments may be delayed, inspected, rejected, or returned by customs authorities.
EasyMetalCut does not guarantee that a product can legally be imported into every country.
Unless required by law or caused by an EasyMetalCut error, customs charges and international shipping charges are non-refundable.
You must inspect your order promptly after delivery.
Claims involving an incorrect product, manufacturing defect, missing quantity, or shipping damage must be submitted within 7 calendar days of confirmed delivery.
The claim must include:
Customer name
Order number
Description of the issue
Clear photographs
Measurements when relevant
Photographs of the packaging when relevant
Other evidence reasonably requested by EasyMetalCut
Do not alter, install, weld, paint, polish, assemble, resell, or otherwise modify a disputed product before the claim is reviewed.
EasyMetalCut may deny claims submitted after the reporting period or after the product has been materially altered.
When EasyMetalCut confirms a manufacturing defect or production error, we may choose an appropriate remedy, including:
Repair
Rework
Remake
Replacement
Store credit
Partial refund
Full refund for the affected product
EasyMetalCut may require the original product to be returned before providing a replacement or refund.
A remake or replacement will generally be manufactured using the original approved file and specifications unless we agree to a change in writing.

You retain ownership of content you submit, but you grant EasyMetalCut a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free right to use, reproduce, display, distribute, and adapt voluntarily submitted feedback for customer support, business improvement, and marketing, subject to applicable law.
