These Payment Terms govern payments made for products and services offered through www.easymetalcut.com.
These Payment Terms form part of EasyMetalCut’s Terms of Service. By requesting a quote, approving a price, submitting payment, or placing an order, you agree to these Payment Terms, our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Refund and Return Policy.
Unless EasyMetalCut agrees otherwise in writing, full payment is required before:
An order is accepted for production
Material is allocated or purchased
Production files are prepared
Machine programming begins
Cutting, finishing, packaging, or shipping begins
Submitting payment does not guarantee that an order has been accepted for production. All orders remain subject to payment verification, file review, material availability, production capacity, and final acceptance by EasyMetalCut.
EasyMetalCut may accept payment through methods displayed during checkout, including:
Major credit cards
Major debit cards
Stripe-supported payment methods
PayPal
Other payment methods displayed on the website
Available payment methods may change at any time.
Payments may be processed by independent third-party payment providers. By selecting a payment method, you also agree to the applicable payment provider’s terms, privacy policies, verification procedures, and dispute rules.
By submitting payment information, you represent and warrant that:
The payment information is accurate and complete
You are authorized to use the selected payment method
The payment method has sufficient available funds or credit
EasyMetalCut and its payment providers may charge the approved amount
The billing information provided matches the payment account where required
You authorize EasyMetalCut and its payment providers to process charges relating to your order, including any additional charges that you later approve.
We may request additional verification before accepting or processing an order.
Unless otherwise stated during checkout, all prices and payments are stated and processed in United States dollars (USD).
If your payment account uses another currency, your bank or payment provider may apply:
Currency-conversion charges
International transaction fees
Exchange-rate adjustments
Other processing fees
EasyMetalCut does not control these charges and is not responsible for them.
Prices generated through the EasyMetalCut website may be based on:
Uploaded file dimensions
Detected part count
Material selection
Metal thickness
Quantity
Design complexity
Cutting length
Finishing selections
Production requirements
Packaging
Shipping
Taxes
Other selected services
Automated quotes are subject to review.
EasyMetalCut may correct or revise a price if the original quote was affected by:
Incorrect file dimensions or scale
Incorrect measurement units
Duplicate cutting lines
Overlapping geometry
Incorrectly detected quantities
Hidden or unsupported file elements
File corruption
A technical or software error
Incorrect pricing data
Material availability
Unexpected production complexity
Additional services required to manufacture the order
A technical error, display error, or obviously incorrect price does not require EasyMetalCut to fulfill an order at that price.
If EasyMetalCut determines that an order requires a price adjustment before production, we may:
Send a revised quote
Request payment of the difference
Offer an alternative material, thickness, quantity, or production method
Remove an affected item from the order
Cancel and refund the affected item or order
We will not normally begin the affected production work until the revised price has been approved and paid.
If you do not approve a revised quote within the period stated in our communication, EasyMetalCut may cancel the affected order and issue any applicable refund.
Additional charges may apply for services not included in the original automated quote, including:
File correction
Vector conversion
CAD preparation
Engineering or design assistance
Removing duplicate lines
Repairing open or invalid paths
Separating parts
Manual dimension review
Special material handling
Specialized packaging
Rush or expedited production
Additional finishing
Rework requested by the customer
Address corrections
Reshipping returned packages
International shipping charges
Customs documentation
Storage of abandoned orders
Additional charges will generally require customer approval before they are processed.
Prices displayed on the website may not include all applicable taxes.
EasyMetalCut may calculate and collect applicable:
Sales tax
Use tax
Local tax
State tax
Other transaction-based taxes
Taxes may be calculated based on the billing address, shipping address, product type, or other legally relevant information.
Customers claiming tax-exempt status must provide valid and complete exemption documentation before the order is processed. EasyMetalCut is not required to apply tax exemption retroactively after an order has been completed.
Customers are responsible for any taxes, duties, or charges that EasyMetalCut is not legally required to collect.
Shipping charges may be calculated during checkout or invoiced separately.
Shipping prices may depend on:
Package dimensions
Package weight
Destination
Delivery method
Carrier
Insurance
Signature requirements
Expedited delivery
Special packaging
If the actual shipping requirements materially differ from the initial estimate, EasyMetalCut may request payment of the difference before shipment.
Additional shipping charges may apply when:
The customer provides an incorrect or incomplete address
The carrier applies an address-correction fee
Delivery is refused
A package is returned
The customer requests reshipment
Additional packaging is required
The customer changes the delivery method
Original shipping fees are generally non-refundable except when required by law or when the refund results from a verified EasyMetalCut error.
International customers are responsible for all applicable:
Import duties
Customs fees
Brokerage fees
Value-added taxes
Tariffs
Inspection fees
Storage fees
Local processing fees
Government charges
These charges may be collected directly by the carrier, customs authority, payment provider, or another third party.
EasyMetalCut does not control or estimate every international charge and is not responsible for such charges.
Failure to pay customs or import charges does not automatically qualify an order for a refund.
Payments may be authorized, captured, held, reviewed, delayed, declined, reversed, or refunded by the applicable payment provider.
A payment may appear as pending before it is fully completed.
EasyMetalCut is not responsible for delays caused by:
Banks
Credit-card issuers
PayPal
Stripe
Payment networks
Fraud-screening providers
Currency-conversion services
Other third-party payment providers
We may delay production until payment is fully authorized and confirmed.
If a payment is declined, canceled, reversed, expired, or otherwise unsuccessful, the order will not proceed until valid payment is received.
EasyMetalCut may:
Request another payment method
Send a new payment link
Place the order on hold
Cancel the order
Release reserved material
Adjust the estimated production schedule
EasyMetalCut is not responsible for production or delivery delays caused by failed or incomplete payment.
EasyMetalCut may screen orders for fraud, unauthorized payment activity, identity misuse, or other suspicious conduct.
We may request information such as:
Billing-address confirmation
Shipping-address confirmation
Proof of identity
Proof of payment authorization
Confirmation from the payment-account holder
Business information
Telephone verification
Design-ownership information
We may reject, delay, suspend, or cancel an order when:
Payment information cannot be verified
The billing and shipping information appears inconsistent
The transaction is identified as high-risk
Unauthorized use of a payment method is suspected
Fraudulent conduct is suspected
The requested verification is not provided
Any personal information collected for verification will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.
EasyMetalCut products are generally custom-manufactured according to customer-uploaded files and selected specifications.
For this reason, custom orders are generally non-refundable.
Once production preparation or manufacturing has begun, amounts paid may become non-refundable, including costs relating to:
File preparation
CAD or vector work
Material purchasing
Material allocation
Machine programming
Cutting
Finishing
Labor
Packaging
Rush processing
Payment processing
Other work already completed
Refunds or other remedies may be available only as stated in our Refund and Return Policy, including for verified EasyMetalCut manufacturing defects or production errors.
Customers may contact EasyMetalCut immediately to request cancellation.
Cancellation requests are not guaranteed.
A cancellation is effective only when EasyMetalCut approves it in writing.
If EasyMetalCut approves a cancellation before production begins, the refund may be reduced by nonrecoverable costs already incurred, including:
Payment-processing fees
File-review charges
Design or CAD-service charges
Material already ordered
Administrative costs
Other completed or committed services
If production has already begun, the order will generally be non-cancelable and non-refundable.
Approved refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method.
EasyMetalCut may issue:
A full refund
A partial refund
Store credit
A replacement
A remake
Another appropriate remedy
The available remedy will be determined under our Refund and Return Policy and applicable law.
A refund confirmation from EasyMetalCut means that the refund has been submitted to the payment provider. It does not mean that the funds will appear immediately in the customer’s account.
Banks, card issuers, Stripe, PayPal, and other payment providers may require additional processing time.
To the extent permitted by law, payment-processing fees and other nonrecoverable transaction fees may be deducted from an approved cancellation or refund when the cancellation or refund was not caused by an EasyMetalCut error.
EasyMetalCut will not deduct such charges where prohibited by applicable law.
When only part of an order is affected by an approved claim, any refund will generally apply only to:
The affected item
The affected quantity
The affected service
The affected portion of the order
An issue affecting one item does not automatically entitle the customer to a refund for unaffected items.
When offered and accepted, store credit:
Has no cash value
Cannot be transferred unless EasyMetalCut agrees otherwise
Cannot be exchanged for cash except where required by law
May be limited to the account or customer to whom it was issued
May be subject to an expiration date only where legally permitted
The terms applicable to a specific store credit will be communicated when it is issued.
Customers should contact EasyMetalCut before initiating a chargeback, bank reversal, PayPal dispute, or other payment dispute.
This allows us to review the order and attempt to resolve the issue directly.
A chargeback or payment dispute does not automatically establish that the customer is entitled to a refund. Chargebacks are processed under the rules of the customer’s bank, card network, PayPal, Stripe, or other payment provider.
When responding to a dispute, EasyMetalCut may provide relevant records to the payment provider, including:
These Payment Terms
Our Terms of Service
Our Refund and Return Policy
Order confirmations
Uploaded files
Approved designs
Customer communications
Payment records
Production records
Photographs
Shipping records
Tracking information
Proof of delivery
Customer approvals
PayPal’s current terms also make clear that, for some card-funded chargebacks, the card issuer—not PayPal—ultimately determines the result.
Customers may not knowingly submit a false, misleading, fraudulent, or duplicate payment dispute.
Examples may include disputing a charge after:
Authorizing the order
Receiving the custom product as ordered
Approving the production file
Receiving a replacement or refund
Failing to cancel before production
Claiming that an authorized purchase was unauthorized
EasyMetalCut may suspend customer accounts, refuse future orders, preserve transaction records, and exercise available legal rights when fraudulent payment activity is suspected.
Nothing in this section limits a customer’s lawful right to dispute a genuinely unauthorized or incorrect charge.
If a customer accidentally pays more than the amount owed, EasyMetalCut may:
Refund the excess amount
Apply the excess to an outstanding approved charge
Issue store credit with the customer’s agreement
We may require verification before refunding an overpayment.
If an order has an unpaid balance, EasyMetalCut may:
Suspend file preparation
Stop production
Withhold shipment
Cancel unfinished work
Retain completed products until payment is received, where legally permitted
Request payment of collection-related costs where allowed by law
Partial payment does not require EasyMetalCut to begin or complete production unless we have expressly agreed to installment terms in writing.
When EasyMetalCut provides an invoice, payment is due according to the due date stated on that invoice.
If no due date is stated, payment is due upon receipt.
An invoice may include:
Product charges
Design or file-preparation services
Material costs
Production costs
Shipping
Taxes
Additional approved charges
Credits or prior payments
A quote is not an invoice and does not confirm that payment has been received.
EasyMetalCut may offer invoicing, deposits, installment payments, or business-credit terms to certain customers through a separate written agreement.
Such arrangements are available only when expressly approved by EasyMetalCut.
Any separate written payment agreement will control over these general Payment Terms for the specific transaction to the extent the documents conflict.
When EasyMetalCut agrees to accept a deposit, the deposit may be applied toward:
Design services
File preparation
Material
Programming
Production
Other agreed services
Unless otherwise stated in writing, a deposit may become non-refundable once EasyMetalCut begins work or incurs costs relating to the order.
The remaining balance must be paid by the agreed due date and before shipment unless EasyMetalCut agrees otherwise in writing.
When written credit or invoice terms have been approved, unpaid balances may be subject to:
Order suspension
Shipment holds
Account restrictions
Reasonable late fees where agreed and legally permitted
Collection costs where legally permitted
No late fee will exceed the maximum amount permitted by applicable law.
EasyMetalCut may change its prices, fees, material rates, shipping rates, and payment methods at any time.
A pricing change will not normally affect an order that has already been accepted and fully paid, except when:
The customer requests a modification
The uploaded file was incorrectly interpreted
The quote resulted from an obvious technical error
The order requires undisclosed additional work
The parties agree to a revised price
Applicable taxes or government charges change
Promotional codes and discounts:
Must be used according to their stated terms
Cannot normally be combined unless expressly allowed
Have no cash value
May be limited by product, customer, order amount, or date
May be canceled if obtained or used fraudulently
Cannot be applied retroactively unless EasyMetalCut agrees otherwise
If an order using a discount is partially refunded, the refund will generally be based on the amount actually paid for the affected item.
EasyMetalCut makes reasonable efforts to display accurate pricing, but errors may occur.
If a product or service is listed at an incorrect price, we may:
Correct the error
Contact the customer
Request approval of the correct price
Cancel the affected order
Refund amounts paid for the canceled portion
We are not obligated to fulfill an order at an obviously incorrect price caused by a typographical, technical, calculation, or system error.
You agree that EasyMetalCut may maintain electronic records of:
Quotes
Orders
Payments
Refunds
Customer approvals
Uploaded files
Communications
Shipping and delivery information
Electronic confirmations, approvals, invoices, and records may be used as evidence of the transaction.
You are responsible for maintaining a valid email address and reviewing communications related to your order.
Nothing in these Payment Terms is intended to eliminate or limit consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
Massachusetts allows retailers to establish their own return policies, but those policies must be properly disclosed, and other legal exceptions may apply depending on the transaction.
Where these Payment Terms conflict with a mandatory legal requirement, the legal requirement will control.
EasyMetalCut may update these Payment Terms to reflect changes in:
Payment methods
Business practices
Production processes
Payment-provider requirements
Laws and regulations
The updated version will be posted on our website with a revised “Last Updated” date.
The Payment Terms in effect when an order is placed will generally govern that order, unless a change is required by law or agreed to by the customer.
